At Yogadesha we understand that everyone just wants to feel better.
Yogadesha means Yoga place, and that is what we are: a place to practice yoga, in all its many forms.
We offer classes for beginners and those with many years of yoga practice.
Our teachers are experts, but we believe their most important qualities are being caring, kind and compassionate.
We are open everyday from at least 9: 30 until at least 6:00. Stop by anytime to visit the space, browse our boutique where you will find many of our favorite yoga accessories, clothing and gifts.
